ABOUT THE BRAND
This Is Our Story
In life, we stand on the shoulders of giants who preceded us. They are our mentors, our guides, our North Stars. In the M/WBE world, they are everything, providing the ladder that helps us rise. For me, that giant was my first boss, Judge Judy. Reinforcing the principles of fairness, equality, and ethics, Judge Judy helped me utilize the indelible tenet of doing the right thing. For many, it’s a noble, theoretical concept. To her and subsequently me, it’s a working principle that transcends everything and helps me level the playing field for individuals and corporations. This principle and her guidance brought me from criminal prosecutor to civil court (where I fought unlawful discrimination cases) to my former corporate officer role in supply chain diversity and inclusion. My debt to her can never be paid, but I honor it every day through my life and my work.

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, particularly when it’s been so carefully nurtured. But it would be a monumental mistake to believe that Brittany Boccio got where she is today because of her mother. Yes, her mother schooled her in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) from a very young age, both personally and professionally. Yes, Brittany knew what the abbreviations MBE, WBE, DBE, and DVBE stood for when most kids were just learning their alphabet. Yes, Brittany used the opportunity to absorb as much knowledge and experience as possible, from throwing six-hundred-person diversity fundraisers to writing DEI grants while other kids worried about the prom. But for Brittany, that wasn’t enough.
Striking out on her own, she earned both a bachelor’s degree (political science) and an MBA. And she put that knowledge and her considerable experience to indelible use helping a wide range of organizations with an array of expertise in numerous areas including DEI, business strategy/development, financial advisement, marketing, project management, event planning, social media, legal strategy and execution. Today, her skills, talent, and expertise are widely regarded and highly prized, as is her unique ability to communicate, collaborate, and accomplish what others often deem impossible.
The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. And with Brittany Boccio, it didn’t. But in some rare cases like Brittany’s, that apple develops into an equally robust tree of its own.
Our Strategic Partners

Entrepreneur, civil servant, college professor, executive, management consultant, concessionaire, advertising agent—that’s the short list. William Swift has done it all—and more. Under former Atlanta Mayor Maynard Jackson he served as the Director of the Office of Economic Development and later as the Director of Procurement, where he led record-setting participation from women and minority-owned businesses. As executive director of Dobbs-Paschal Midfield Corporation, he managed over a hundred concessions at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, generating millions in revenue annually. Again, those are just some of the highlights. And his achievements have not gone unnoticed.
“Best Airport Business Services Company” (World Airport Retail Association), “Best New Retail Concept” (Airport Revenue News – AXN) are just two of many such awards. In addition, Swift served two terms as chair of the Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC), a national trade association for the inclusion of women and minorities in aviation. Finally, he earned a bachelor’s degree (cum laude) from Central State University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
